You can cook rice and meat together in one rice cooker
Japanese-style chicken rice with tender meat! !

Just put the ingredients in the rice cooker!
Working time is only 5 minutes.

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

White rice: 2 cups
Chicken thigh・2 pieces
Ginger 1 large piece (sliced)
Green part of green onion・・・1

miso sauce

*Soy sauce, sugar, 2 tbsp each
*Miso, vinegar: 1 tbsp each
*Ginger, garlic・・・1/2 each (finely chopped)
*Grilled sesame 2 tbsp
*Sesame oil 1 teaspoon

*Doubanjiang: 1/2 teaspoon or more (optional)

◎ For small children, you don’t have to add bean sauce.
◎For the sauce, ginger is refreshing without adding garlic.
◎Adding toasted sesame gives it a nice texture and is delicious.

how to make

1.Grind the rice. Use slightly less than 2 cups of water.
Arrange half the ginger slices on top of the rice.

Cut the chicken thighs and place them on top of the rice. Top with remaining ginger. Add the green part of the green onion.
◎Because the chicken meat juice will come out, keep the amount of water small.

2.Switch on in cooking mode! ! Complete when the switch is turned off! !

Take the chicken out and mix it with the rice.

3.While cooking, mix the * ingredients to make the sesame miso sauce.

Slice the chicken and put it on the rice when you eat it. Finished with sesame miso sauce.

When you cut it, the meat juice will overflow. The chicken is so soft!

Some rice cookers can only cook rice.
