Hello! ! It’s PAO.

There are various ways to make roast beef, such as using a rice cooker or an oven, but recently, I can make it in a frying pan without any mistakes, so it’s my favorite♪

It’s easy because it’s just baked in a full frying pan and wrapped in aluminum foil! !

material

Beef thigh block・・・about 600g
◎Salt・・・1/3 teaspoon
◎Black pepper・・・appropriate amount
◎Grated garlic・・・1 clove
Salad oil 1 teaspoon

※Onion・・・50g
※Soy sauce・・・2 tbsp
※Sake, mirin, sugar, vinegar・・・1 tbsp each
※Grated garlic・・・1/4 teaspoon
*Black pepper: a little

how to make

1.Let the beef thigh block meat stand at room temperature for about 1 hour. Cut in half and apply ◎.

*If you choose meat that is the same size when cut in half, it will be easier to grill and will cook evenly to prevent mistakes.

2, Heat salad oil in a deep pan and grill the beef from Step 1 over medium heat.
Bake for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then flip over and bake for another 1 minute and 30 seconds. Bake for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side.

Use tongs and chopsticks with both hands to support the sides and parts that are difficult to stand on while grilling.

3.When the whole surface is baked, immediately cover it with a lid, remove it from the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes with preheating.

4. Wrap each piece in aluminum foil and leave for 30 minutes or more.

*If you leave it for about 1-2 hours, the pink juice will settle and it will be easier to cut.

5. Make the sauce while wrapping with aluminum foil.

Grate the onions marked with *, and heat the * ingredients in a small pot until the onions are no longer spicy. !

If you like wine, instead of the sake of the sauce material
If you use red wine, it will be a slightly western-style sauce.
Adding about a teaspoon of mustard is delicious.
