This pepper stuffed with meat is bite-sized, so it’s perfect for lunch boxes.
The peppers are sweet and delicious.

Ingredients (for 3-4 people)

green peppers 6 pieces
Minced beef and pork・・・300g
Salt・・・1/2 teaspoon
Onion・・・1/2 piece
◎ Bread crumbs 3 tablespoons
◎Milk: 2 tablespoons
◎Grated garlic・・・a little
◎Pepper: a little
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Japanese sake 1 tbsp

*Ketchup 3 tbsp

*Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp

*Soy sauce, sugar 1/2 tbsp
*Water: 1 tablespoon
Salad oil 2 tsp

how to make

1.Cut the bell pepper and remove the seeds.
Cut in half horizontally. Divide the larger ones into thirds.

If the bottom part does not stand up, cut the bottom flat.

Sprinkle powder all over. Be sure to dust the inside of the peppers with flour as well.
The meat will not come off easily.

2.Finely chop the onion, put it in a heat-resistant container, and wrap it loosely.
Heat at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Take a rough fever.

Chop the cut off part of the pepper.
Add onions, green peppers, and ◎ to the minced meat and mix until sticky.

3.Stuff into 1 green peppers.
Please fill in all the corners. It will not come off easily.

4.Heat the salad oil in a frying pan, turn the top side down and bake over medium heat.
When it gets a golden brown color, turn it over, add sake, cover, and heat until the peppers are soft.

If you hold the pepper and turn it over, it will come off easily.
If you put a spatula or spatula on the bottom and turn it over, it will not come off.

Once the meat is cooked, take it out.
Lightly wipe off any remaining dirt on the frying pan, add * and boil down to make the sauce.
