Ingredients (for 2 people)

Chicken thigh・1 piece
*Salt・・・1/2 teaspoon
*Garlic, ginger, 1 piece each (grated)
*Chili powder・・・2/3 tsp
*Cumin powder・・・2/3 tsp

*Black pepper … a little
*Olive oil 1 teaspoon

how to make

1.Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

2.Add the chicken from step 1 and * to a storage bag and rub together.
Leave for 15 minutes or more if possible.

3.Arrange skin side down in the frying pan. Turn on the heat and bake on medium heat.
Occasionally press down with a spatula and bake until the skin is browned.
