Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
Chicken thigh・2 pieces
Ginger 1 piece (shredded)
*Sake, mirin, vinegar 3 tbsp each
*Soy sauce, sugar, 2 tbsp each
Soft-boiled egg・・・3-4
how to make
1.Cut the chicken thighs with a knife to make them evenly thick.
Place the chicken thighs skin side down in a frying pan over medium heat. Flip it over when it is browned.
Wipe off the oil from the chicken with kitchen paper.
2.Add *, ginger, and half-boiled egg, cover with a drop lid with aluminum foil, and simmer for 7-8 minutes, turning the meat occasionally.
3.Remove the foil and simmer for 2-3 minutes until it becomes shiny and you’re done!
When you cut it, the meat is juicy~~~~♪
