The salmon is teriyakied in a sweet and spicy sauce in a frying pan and is plump and tender.

Ingredients (for 3 people)

Raw salmon・・・3 slices
Salt and pepper…a little
Chinese chives・・・1 bundle
Potato starch…2 tablespoons
*Soy sauce, sake, mirin…1 tablespoon each
*Sugar: 1/2 tablespoon
*Grain mustard…1 teaspoon
Salad oil…1 tablespoon

How to make

1.Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper, and sprinkle potato starch all around.

2.Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon.
Fry on both sides until the color changes all over and is slightly browned.

◎The key to making it fluffy is not to overcook it as it will become hard.

3.Move the salmon to one side of the frying pan, add the chives cut into 3-4 cm pieces, and stir-fry briefly.

4.Add * and stir-fry to complete! !

When you eat chives and salmon together, the salmon becomes very delicious with the aroma and richness of the chives.
