Good evening! This is PAO.
Just cut the ingredients and put them in the rice cooker.
If you use pre-sliced chicken, it can be prepared in just 5 minutes! !
It has a simple salty and gentle seasoning, so you can really feel the taste of the new potatoes.
Ingredients (for 3-4 people)
Chicken thighs…2 pieces
New potatoes: 2 pieces (350g)
Fresh onion…1 piece
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
*Garlic: 1 clove (sliced)
*Chicken soup base: 1 teaspoon
*Pepper…a little bit
*Water: 1 cup (200ml)
How to make
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt.
- Wash the new potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Cook the new onions and cut them into 1cm wedges. Put the potatoes and onions into the rice cooker.
Put the *ingredients into the rice cooker and make sure that the ingredients are submerged in the soup as much as possible.
- Switch on the rice cooker in normal rice cooking mode!
Once the switch is turned off, you’re done! !
Stir gently so the potatoes don’t fall apart.
If it’s not salty enough, add salt now.
The new onions are also melty! !
If you are not going to eat it right away, take it out of the rice cooker and warm it up in the microwave when you are ready to eat it.
Some rice cookers can only cook rice.
Please check your rice cooker.
