Today is a simple Italian-style fish dish ♪
Coat the horse mackerel with flour and sauté with garlic.
Easy Italian sautéed horse mackerel with fresh tomato sauce!
The sweet and sour taste of the fresh tomato sauce suppresses the smell of horse mackerel. It’s refreshing and easy to eat, so it’s perfect for hot days.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
Horse mackerel (3 pieces grated)…4 pieces
Salt and pepper…a little
Flour: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Olive oil…1 tablespoon
*1 ripe tomato
*Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
*Pepper…a little bit
*Basil…5-6 pieces (optional)
*Olive oil…1 tablespoon

Zucchini, paprika…as you like
Olive oil, a little salt and pepper
How to make
1.Cut the zucchini into 1cm wide rounds and the bell pepper into strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add vegetables and fry. Season with salt and pepper and take out.
2.Season the horse mackerel with salt and pepper, and sprinkle lightly with flour. Add olive oil and garlic to the frying pan
Heat over low heat until fragrant. Once fragrant, grill the horse mackerel from the skin side.
The meat will float, so press it lightly to make it crispy.
3.Once it’s golden brown, flip it over and fry both sides before taking it out.
4.While baking, cut the tomatoes into 1cm cubes and finely chop the basil.
Add * and mix to make fresh tomato sauce.
Serve the grilled horse mackerel with tomato sauce.
