Make Stamina stir-fry of beef and sweet potato in a frying pan.
Cook sweet potatoes in the microwave to save time♪

The aroma and richness of the garlic buds is a great accent.

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

Beef small pieces…250g
Salt and pepper…a little
Sweet potato…1 (200g)
Garlic sprouts…1 bag
*1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, and cane sugar
*Sake: 2 tablespoons
Salad oil…1 tablespoon

How to make

1.Cut the sweet potato into 4cm long pieces and about 1.5cm pieces.
Expose in water to remove the scum, then drain in a colander.
