Super easy barbecue roast chicken that takes just 5 minutes! !
Just put the ingredients in the rice cooker and leave it alone! !
No oven required.
It’s easy because you don’t have to adjust the degree of baking or worry about it burning! !

The seasoning is barbecue flavor♪
material
Chicken thighs…2 pieces
Onions…2 pieces
Carrot…1 piece
*Ketchup, sake…2 tablespoons each
*Mirin, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar…1 tablespoon each
*Garlic: 1 clove (grated)
*Pepper…a little bit
How to make
1.Cut the chicken thighs into strips and put them in the rice cooker.
Add * and sprinkle on the meat. Put it in with the skin side down.
2.Dice the carrots and cut the onions in half. Place carrots and onions on top of the meat.
Turn the onion, cut side down, and add the cut side to the sauce.
Switch on in normal rice cooking mode! !
It’s done! !
If you keep it warm until you eat it, it will be freshly cooked!
The meat becomes more tender…♪
If the onions and carrots are soft, remove the vegetables and keep warm.
3.Put about 2 ladles of the sauce left in the rice cooker into a small pot, boil it until it becomes slightly thick, and pour it over the meat. !
