Today is a healthy marinated salad with dried daikon radish and carrots.

We added dried daikon radish to the standard carrot rapees.
You can eat a lot with honey mustard sweet and sour marinade

Recommended for lunch boxes! !

Ingredients (for 4 people)


Dried daikon radish・・・30g
Carrot・・・1

※Vinegar: 2 tablespoons

※Honey 1 tbsp
※Salt・・・1/4 teaspoon
※Grained mustard: 2 tsp
※Olive oil 1 tbsp

how to make

  1. Cut the carrot into strips.

2.Rehydrate the kiriboshi daikon radish, cut it into short pieces with kitchen scissors, and squeeze out the water.

3.Mix the ※ ingredients in a bowl.

4.Add the carrots to 3 and mix well.

Let the flavors blend for about 10 minutes and you’re done! !Adding shiso leaves adds freshness.

Recommended for snacks and lunch boxes!
