Today’s dish is a refreshing sauce with grated radish and vinegar.
A perfect chicken recipe for summer!
Ingredients (for 4 people)
Chicken thigh・2 pieces
※ Soy sauce, sake: 1 tbsp each
※ Garlic・・・1 clove (grated)
potato starch; 3 tbsp
◎Water, soy sauce・・・3 tbsp each
◎Mirin, vinegar・・・2 tbsp each
◎Sugar・・・1.5 tbsp
◎Ginger・・・1 piece (finely chopped)
Salad oil 1 tbsp
Daikon radish 8cm
how to make
- Poke holes in the chicken thighs with a bamboo skewer,
Cut into bite-sized pieces, put in a plastic bag, add ※and rub.
Leave for about 30 minutes. - Rub potato starch into 1 just before baking.
If you like crispy chicken,
Sprinkle the potato starch around the chicken without rubbing it in.

- Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and add the chicken from 2.
Grill over medium heat with the skin side down as much as possible.
When it gets a golden brown color and the whole becomes whitish
Flip it over, lower the heat a little, and let it cook all the way through.
