Easy with a rice cooker! juicy eggplant hamburger

Arrange eggplant slices in a rice cooker…
Stuffed with hamburger seeds and switched on! !

Ingredients (for 3-4 people)


Eggplant・・・3 pieces
Minced beef and pork・・・350g
Onion 1 piece (200g)
Bread crumbs 5 tablespoons
milk 4 tbsp
Egg・・・1 piece
Salt 1 teaspoon
Pepper, nutmeg (if available): a little bit of each

*Ketchup 4 tablespoons
*Thickened Worcestershire sauce・2 tablespoons

how to make

1.Slice the eggplant into 8 mm wide slices and soak in salt water. Soak the bread crumbs in the milk.

Finely chop the onion and put it in a heat-resistant container.

2.Add salt to the ground beef and pork and knead until sticky.
Add onions, bread crumbs, eggs, nutmeg and pepper and mix well.

3.Reduce the moisture of the eggplant with kitchen paper and arrange it radially in the rice cooker.

4.Cut the remaining eggplant into 1cm squares and add to 3 and mix.

5.Stuff the meat from 5 on top of the eggplant from 4.
Switch on in the normal rice cooking mode of the rice cooker! !

6.When the switch is turned off, just turn off the switch and take out the kettle.
When the heat is removed, tilt the pot and transfer the water that comes out to another container.
Cover the plate and turn it upside down.

7.Boil down the * ingredients and 3 tablespoons of the meat juice from 7 in a small pot, and pour over the hamburg steak to complete.
