Hello,I’m PAO.
Stir-fried turnip and pork belly with oyster sauce.
Make the turnip soft to your liking.
Ingredients (for 3-4 people)
Thinly sliced pork belly・・・250g
Turnip・3 pieces
*Oyster sauce, sake, mirin, 1 tbsp each
*Soy sauce・・・2 tsp
*Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Salad oil 2 tsp
how to make
1.Cut the turnip at about 2 cm from the base of the stem and peel off the hard skin around the stem. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
2.Cut the turnip stems and leaves into 3cm lengths. Cut the pork into 4 cm wide pieces.
3.Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and fry the turnips.
When it is lightly browned, turn it over, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for about 2 minutes.
4.Move the turnip to one side and fry the pork in the empty part.
Mix so that the turnips do not burn.
5.When the color of the meat changes, mix the whole and add the turnip stem part.Cover and steam for 1 minute.
If you like soft turnips, heat them well here.
6.Add the ingredients* that were mixed with the leaves and stir-fry them all together.
Boil down until the juice is almost gone and it’s done! !
It is fragrant and delicious even if you sprinkle roasted sesame seeds as you like.
