Today’s classic nutritious salmon recipe~♪
Use a bunch of seasonal spinach. Garlic butter soy sauce is fragrant.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
Salmon, 2 slices
Spinach 1 bunch (250g)
Shimeji mushrooms・・・1/2 bag
butter 10g
*Soy sauce, mirin, sake: 2 teaspoons each
*Grated garlic・・・a little
・Salt and pepper
・Potato starch・・・appropriate amount
・Salad oil・・・1 tbsp
how to make
1.Sprinkle the salmon with a little salt and set aside for 10 minutes. Wipe off the excess water with kitchen paper. Sprinkle with pepper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2.Cut the spinach into 4cm lengths and wrap in plastic wrap.
Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 2-3 minutes, rinse with water, and squeeze out the water.
3.Lightly sprinkle potato starch around the salmon in step 1. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and grill the salmon.
4.After turning the salmon over, move it to the edge, add butter and loosened shimeji mushrooms to the empty part and fry.
5.Add spinach and stir-fry with shimeji mushrooms.
6.Add the * ingredients that were mixed together and mix them all together to complete! !
