Hello. It’s PAO.

Feeling in a foreign country at home! Easy nasi goreng in a frying pan~♪
Nasi goreng is a fried rice from Indonesia and Malaysia.

It is often made with chili sauce, but this recipe uses doubanjiang instead of chili sauce.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Hot rice: 2 bowls (400g)
Chicken fillet・2 pieces
・Nampula ・1/2 teaspoon
・Potato starch: 1 teaspoon
Onion・・・1/2 piece
green pepper … 1 piece
Carrot・・・1/4
Garlic · 1 clove (chopped)
Soybean paste・・・1/2 tsp
Chicken glass soup base 1 tsp
*Ketchup 1 tbsp
*1/2 tbsp each of soy sauce and fish sauce
*Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon

how to make

1.Roughly chop the onions and green peppers, and cut the carrots into thin slices.

Scrape the chicken tenders so that the fibers are cut off, chop roughly, and rub in the nam pla and potato starch.

2.Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat, and fry the onions and carrots until fragrant.

3.Then add the chicken fillet and fry.
When the color of the fillet changes, add bean sauce and fry.

◎ You can use chicken, pork, sausage, etc. instead of scissors.

4.Add the rice, green peppers, chicken stock powder, and the ingredients* and stir-fry quickly.

It’s delicious if you add cashew nuts and sakura shrimp as you like.

5.When the taste is familiar to the whole, adjust the taste with salt and pepper.

6.Complete with a fried egg on top! !

◎Adjust the amount of chili bean sauce to your liking.

If you have small children, do not add the chili bean paste first, but add it after separating it, or add chili powder to finish it off to add spiciness.
