Today is a simple saving dish with ingredients at home.
Stir-fried pork belly and cucumber with salted kelp.
The cucumber is sprinkled with salt and squeezed to give it a beautiful color, and the crunchy texture is addictive.
material
Sliced pork belly・・・200g
2 cucumbers
Salt · 2 pinches
2 eggs
*Mirin 1 tbsp
*Salt: a little
Salted kelp・・・10g
Soy sauce, mirin・・・1 teaspoon each
Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Pepper…a little
how to make
1, Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and cut diagonally into 5mm width.
Sprinkle with 2 pinches of salt, leave for 10 minutes, and squeeze out the water.
Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into 4cm pieces.
2, Beat the eggs, add * and mix.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the eggs, and mix well from the outside to the center.
3, Wipe off the dirt on the frying pan with kitchen paper and fry the pork.
◎Oil will come out from the pork belly, so you don’t need any oil at all!
Cut the calories by removing a little of the oil from the pork belly with kitchen paper!
4, When the color of the pork changes, add the cucumber and salted kelp from step 2 and fry.
5, Rehydrate the eggs, add soy sauce, mirin, and pepper and stir-fry.
If the taste is not enough, add a little more soy sauce and mirin to finish. Adding shredded shiso leaves makes it refreshing and delicious.
