Today is a simple chicken drumstick recipe that is neglected in a rice cooker.
It takes 5 minutes to work before putting it in the rice cooker.

material
Chicken drumstick・・・8 sticks
Eggs: 3-4
※Garlic, Ginger, 1 piece each (grated)
※Soy sauce, sake, vinegar, mirin 3 tablespoons
※Sugar, oyster sauce・・・1/2 tbsp
※Water・・・50ml
how to make
1.Insert kitchen scissors from the other side of the chicken drumstick skin and make a cut between the bone and the meat. The fire will pass quickly and the bones will come off better.
2.Add ※ to the rice cooker, mix, and add the chicken from step 1.
3.Switch on in white rice mode! Once it’s done, add a soft-boiled egg and keep it warm for 30 minutes to complete!
It’s delicious as it is, but it’s also delicious if you simmer the sauce in a small pot and pour it over the meat!
Enough to tear with chopsticks!
Some rice cookers can only cook rice, so please check your rice cooker.
