Hello! ! It’s PAO.

A classic delicious chicken ham♪
There are many ways to make it, such as using a rice cooker to keep warm, making it in a pot, or using a microwave oven to save time.

Recently, I put chicken breast, sugar, salt and pepper, and olive oil in a storage bag and put it in a pot.
Moisturize with olive oil.

material

Chicken breast・1 piece
Salt, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon each
black pepper, a little
Olive oil 2 teaspoons

how to make

1.Poke holes in the chicken breast with a fork to make it easier to cook and allow the flavors to permeate.

2.Cover with plastic wrap and beat with a rolling pin to break the fibers of the meat and soften it. Make the thickness even. Shape it after hitting it.

3.Sprinkle the sugar and salt on the meat in that order, and rub until the surface becomes smooth. Sprinkle with black pepper.

4.Put the chicken breast and olive oil from Step 3 into a storage bag and rub. Squeeze out as much air as possible to create a vacuum.

Let stand for 1 hour or longer.
If you don’t have time, 1 hour is fine, but it’s better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

5.Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot or frying pan with a tight-fitting lid.
Reduce the heat to low, add 4 and heat over low heat for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat, turn the meat over, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Take it out of the pan and leave it in the bag until it cools down until the heat is removed and you’re done! !

*If the meat has been in the refrigerator overnight, let it come to room temperature for about an hour before cooking.

Moisturizing thanks to oil
It’s low-fat, high-protein and nutritious, so it’s great for those on a diet.
