Ingredients (for 3-4 people)

Chicken thigh・2 pieces (500g)
Salt and pepper…a little
Sake 1 tbsp
Potato Starch・・・4 tbsp
Sweet potato・・・200g
Onion 1 piece
*Vinegar・・・100ml

*Soy sauce, cane sugar, 3 tbsp each
Salad oil 2 tbsp

how to make

1.Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces, season with salt and pepper, and rub in the sake.
Cut the onion into thin slices and the peppers into chunks.
Put the onion in a heat-resistant container, wrap it, and heat it at 600w for 2 minutes.

2.Cut the sweet potato into 1 cm wide round slices or half moon slices.
Dip it in water, put it in a heat-resistant container, and heat it at 600w for 2-3 minutes.

3.Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and bake the sweet potatoes on both sides.
Add green peppers to the empty part of the frying pan and bake, then take it out.

4.Mix the * ingredients together, add the grilled sweet potato, onion, and green pepper, and mix well.

5.Place chicken thighs and potato starch in a plastic bag and shake to coat with flour.

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and grill the chicken. Take it out when both sides are browned.

6.Take out the sweet potato and green pepper from 4, add chicken and mix.
Put back the sweet potato and green pepper, and mix well to complete!

It is delicious when sprinkled with coarsely ground pepper.
It is also recommended for lunch.
