Hello! It’s PAO.
Leave it alone in the rice cooker~♪The meat is soooo soft♪
A healthy chicken recipe.
Boiled chicken is convenient because you can make it ahead of time.
I add a little sesame oil for flavoring to the sauce, but other than that, I don’t use oil, so it’s healthy!
It’s a perfect chicken recipe even when you’re on a diet! !
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
Chicken thigh・2 pieces
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Sake・2 tbsp
Water・・・300ml
Ginger: 1 piece
green onion 1 green part
green onion sauce
Green onion・・・1/2
*Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
*Vinegar, boiled juice, 1 tbsp each
*Sugar・・・1/2 tbsp
*Roasted sesame 2 teaspoons
*Ginger 1 piece (finely chopped)
*Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
how to make
1.Cut off the tendons from the chicken thighs, put them in a rice cooker, and sprinkle with salt and sugar.
2.Add water, sake, sliced ginger, and chopped green onions.
Switch on in normal cooking rice mode! When the switch is turned off, it’s done!
If you don’t eat it right away, soak it in the juice.
If you slice it before eating and heat it in the microwave, it will be soft and juicy again.
3.If you plan to eat it right away, the meat will be quite soft and will crumble easily, so cut it gently with a knife.
4.Finely chop the green onions and mix the * ingredients together.
Add the finely chopped ginger in the rice cooker.
Please put green onion sauce on the meat! !
You can strain the remaining soup in the rice cooker and use it for soup!
The soup stock with plenty of umami of chicken is delicious!
