Good evening! ! This is PAO.
Melt-in-the-mouth tender braised pork made using a rice cooker! !
I used pork shoulder loin block meat.
It has less fat than pork belly, so it is refreshing and tender!
Since it is parboiled in a rice cooker and then simmered, it is not greasy and has a refreshing finish.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
Pork shoulder loin block meat…700-800g
Ginger…1 piece
Green onion (green part): 1 piece
Water: 3 cups
*Alcohol: 100ml
*Boiled soup…2 cups
*Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
*Cane sugar: 3 tablespoons
*Mirin: 2 tablespoons
*Garlic: 1 clove (sliced)
How to make
1.Cut the pork shoulder loin block into approximately 4cm pieces.
2.Add the meat, water, ginger, and green part of the green onion to the rice cooker and cook in normal rice cooking mode.
3.Remove the meat and wash it with hot water. Strain the soup through a colander to remove any oil on the surface.
Divide 2 cups of soup into portions.
4.Wash the rice cooker pot, add the pork and *and turn it on again in rice cooking mode!
When you turn it off, turn it on again and cook it twice to make the meat softer and soak up the flavor.
It’s done! !
If you keep it warm until you eat it, it will be even more chewy! !
Please spread it gently with a spoon.
