Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
bitter gourd 1 piece
Salt: 1/3 teaspoon (for salt rubbing)
Pork・・・200g
Salt and pepper…a little
Potato starch … 2 tsp
Kimchi・・・100g
Sake 1 tbsp
Soy sauce, mirin・・・2 tsp each
Dried bonito・・・2~3g
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
how to make
1.Cut the goya in half lengthwise and remove the pith and seeds.
Cut into strips about 3mm wide.
Sprinkle with salt, leave for 5 minutes and rinse with water. Drain in a strainer.
2.Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Rub in the potato starch, add the kimchi and mix.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the pork and kimchi.
3.When the color of the meat changes about 80%, add bitter gourd and fry.
Sprinkle with sake, cover and steam for 1 minute.
4.Add soy sauce and mirin and bring to a boil. Add bonito flakes and pepper and mix to complete! !
If you want more saltiness, add salt to adjust.
Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and black pepper to finish, and it’s fragrant and delicious.
