Hello! It’s PAO.
Leave the pork thigh block and onion in the rice cooker.
I made a soft salt pork that melts in the meat.
5 minutes until you put it in the rice cooker ♪
An easy recipe that’s perfect for busy days!
Ingredients (for 3-4 people)
Pork thigh block・・・500g
Salt・・・1.5 tsp
Onion 1-2 pieces
Garlic, ginger, 1 each
Chicken stock powder 1 tbsp
Pepper…a little
Water・3 cups
how to make
1.Poke a hole in the pork block with a bamboo skewer or fork so that the flavor soaks in and is cheap. rub in salt. If you want to fix the shape, tie it with octopus thread and fix it.
2.Put the meat in the rice cooker and add the sliced garlic and ginger.
Cut the onion in half lengthwise and put it in the empty space. If the onions are small, use two.
3.Add water, chicken stock and pepper and switch on in normal cooking mode.
4.Once the switch is off, take out the onion, turn the meat over, and switch it on again.
If half of the meat appears, add more boiling water.
When the switch is off, it’s done.
If you keep it warm until you eat it, it will be more creamy.
It’s delicious if you cut it to your preferred thickness and eat it with the soup!
If you cut the onion too finely, it will melt, so it is best to cut it in half.
