Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Roasted sesame 1 tbsp
Salad oil 1 tbsp

1.Cut the zucchini into 1 cm wide pieces. Cut the thick ones into half moons.
This time I used half green and half yellow zucchini.

2.Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors, and rub in the sake and potato starch.

Heat the salad oil and garlic slices in a frying pan over low heat, and when the aroma comes out, add the pork and fry.

3.When the color of the pork changes, add the zucchini from step 1 and fry.

Place the zucchini on the bottom and the meat on top as much as possible.
Allow the zucchini to brown slightly.

4.When the zucchini has softened, add * and stir-fry.
Add vinegar to finish and fry.
When thickened, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and pepper.

Adjust with salt if it is not salty enough.

The finishing vinegar is refreshing, and the pepper brings out the flavor.
